Terms and conditions

Persons who are 18 and over, have filled in the registration form and sent it via the -Sign me up- button to VARTA Consumer Batteries GmbH & Co. KGaA or who have sent a postcard to Varta Consumer Service, Büttgenbachstraße 5, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany with the full address are entitled to enter.
Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Employees of VARTA Consumer Batteries GmbH & Co. KGaA, other persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and their family members are not allowed to enter.
The closing date for entry is the 31 March 2010.
The winner of the prize will be informed shortly after the draw by e-mail or by post. If the winner cannot be identified, the right to claim the prize expires after 14 days.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post or courier service to the address stated in the registration. The risk is transferred to the winner upon handing over of the prize to the post office or to the courier service. VARTA Consumer Batteries GmbH & Co. KGaA is not responsible for any damage during delivery.
VARTA Consumer Batteries GmbH & Co. KGaA reserves the right to change these terms of entry without separate notification.
The details provided by you for this competition shall only used for the purpose of the competition and shall not be passed on to any third party.
